it turns out that the middle button is really broken. i have called the service. they asked me to switch a new one tomorrow. yes, a new one, not this current 'used' one. In fact, i paid for a new one on the online shop. but it is really a 'USED' one. i am sure about this because there are signs that the plastic bags have been opened before. definitely not I who did this. I have taken photos of these signs and will ask why! A disgusting company. And maybe it is not a good idea to buy the x10 mini, the quality seems not as good as before.
