How do I know if the motor needs replacing? My battery seems fine. The toothbrush buzzes and I can hear it change modes when I push the mode button, but the head doesn’t swivel. Thanks

How do I know if I need a new motor? My battery seems fine. My toothbrush buzzes when I turn it on, and I can hear it cycle the different modes when I push the mode button, but the head won’t swivel
