I had a ‘dull’ left click problem whereas the right side clicked just fine.

So I followed the breakdown here (taking the whole plasctic cover off) & fully unscrewed that single torx screw that sits at the bottom left of the trackpad (as you see it when the cover is off) then simply screwed it back on and seems to have completely resolved the issue with both sides clicking properly now.
