Coming from the 2020 here - I have a Satellite Pro C850 myself and I can tell you it will support a Core i5 2450M, and also an i7 2670QM and will do 8GB of RAM. I also believe it can support 16GB of RAM but don't quote me on that. The chipset also supports 3rd gen chips, but again, I don't know if they work.
