Yes I have the same problem with the same door, but have found that by rolling down the window completely with the door open I put my foot on the bottom of the inside of the door then grab the top of the door at the curved area I pull on it firmly and forcefully towards me that this has worked, sometimes this may have to be done a couple times before it is realigned completely. Also pulling the weather strip off the door frame and resetting it using the weather stripping glue that can be bought at any local auto parts store for around $10-$12. Like the other guy said though test the door with a high pressure water source like the ones found at a manual car wash or if you have a pressure washer of your own at home that would work also.
