I have extensive knowledge of hardware that includes deploying, installing, and troubleshooting Compaq, Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Apple MAC laptops, workstations, servers, and POS. I also have experienced in various operating systems such as imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting DOS, Windows XP, Vista ,8, 10, 11, NT 4.0 Servers, Windows 2008 Servers to 2022, macOS 10.12: Sierra to macOS 12: Monterey, iOS 16.5.1 and iPadOS 16.5.1 and Android OS. In my previous roles and my current freelance work, I have used software such as Windows Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Bomgar, BMC Remedy, Swissport, ServiceNow and ServiceDesk.
