They have different part numbers, though I can't say they wouldn't be interchangeable. I would think the 571 screen could be used unless the bevel is significantly different, which could impact the seat of the replacement. Attached are image specs of each screen. If you search r7 572 screen on Amazon, there are some options available there (I saw one for $67) that say they are a proper fit for your device.
