Thank you for the clear instructions, Clara. This is the second time I have had to disassemble an Anker Vertical Mouse due to the scroll wheel rubber ring expanding and starting to slip. I took the ring off, applied some epoxy to the groove in the wheel and replaced the ring onto the wheel. Once dried, I reseated the wheel and reassembled the mouse and it now works well. I have suggested to Anker that they use glue or epoxy during the manufacturing process to reduce this common problem from happening.
