Hello... My name is Angel Castro. I am a second-year student at Cal Poly State University, pursuing a B.A. in English.

My interest in English began during my freshman year when I was introduced to authors such as Oscar Wilde and William Golding. I also attribute this passion to my English teacher and the way they taught their lessons, which had a strong impact on my decision to pursue an English degree.

I am pursuing this degree because I aspire to become an English teacher, just like those teachers who inspired me, and want to develop my ability to express ideas clearly and effectively because I hope to write a fiction book in the future.

• Repair experience—
  • I don’t have any prior experience with repairs, but I’m very interested in learning. I’d love to develop practical skills, especially in areas like basic home maintenance, electronics, or car repairs. I believe gaining hands-on experience would be both useful and rewarding.

  • This project will help my to broaden my experience on technical writing and give me a broad idea on what technical writing is and first and foremost how to fix things.
