주문자 상표 부착 생산자(OEM)
정의: 다른 회사가 자사 브랜드로 판매하는 제품의 부품을 제조하는 회사.
실제 OEM 제품이 아닌 부품을 OEM으로 홍보하여 판매하는 행위는 사기에 해당합니다. 특정 기업들은 OEM 부품을 사용한다고 허위 주장하는 수리점을 상대로 성공적인 법적 조치를 취한 사례가 있습니다.
수리 부품 소싱을 할 때 "OEM"의 의미를 이해하는 것은 매우 중요합니다.
예시: Apple Inc.는 자사 기기를 직접 제조하지 않습니다. Apple 기기는 해외에서 제작 및 조립됩니다. 따라서 Apple Inc.는 OEM 리셀러이며, 실제 생산을 담당하는 기업들이 OEM입니다.
iPad의 면책 조항에는 Apple이 설계 및 배포자라고 명시되어 있습니다. 실제 OEM은 익명으로 처리됩니다.

so how can i get the same or higher quality part from China. or even here in America…. ii aam sure the factory is selling the parts even after not being contracted by Apple but how to find them.
