I did not find anything on google, and I doubt anyone has your specific model, so I'm going to give you suggestions if you are blindly going in to replace the CPU:
Start with the screws on the bottom and eventually you get to pull out the keyboard (not always applicable to all laptops)
Take pictures as you go along to to remember how to reassemble it
Organize the screws (very important)
Make sure the replacement CPU is the right wattage (I tried to install a 35W into my 25W laptop, it was a no go and I had to sell it to a friend)
Have silver thermal paste
RECONNECT ALL RIBBONS!!!!! (I forgot to reconnect the ribbon for my trackpad...)
