Para llegar a la pantalla de restauración de fábrica mantenga pulsada la tecla de volumen hacia arriba y volumen abajo juntos y pulse el reinicio con un clip de papel . Mientras sigue manteniendo ambos botones de volumen pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido hasta que aparezca un icono androide ( foto ) en lugar de Zeki . Suelte los botones y esperar a que la lista de opciones por defecto de fábrica . Utilice los botones de volumen para navegar por las opciones y el botón de encendido para seleccionarlo. To get to the factory reset screen hold down the volume up and volume down together and press the reset with a paper clip. While still holding both volume buttons press and hold down the power button until you see an android icon (picture) instead of Zeki. Release buttons and wait for list of factory default options. Use volume buttons to navigate options and power button to select it. Hope this helps.
