There is no guide for a 1985-1988 Nissan Maxima on ifixit, because no one has created it ''yet''.
Ifixit cannot be expected to make guides for every known device, vehicle, etc.
It is wonderful that they provide a free platform for others to use.
Most guides on ifixit are created by people just like you who want to help others resolve the problems with their device, vehicle etc.
If you have a problem with your vehicle and manage to fix it, create a guide as you go and post it on ifixit.
