You shouldn’t have to refresh the thermal paste on your laptop yet. It’s only been out for a couple of years.
If there is an overheating problem with the laptop, there should be a ''2 year manufacturer’s warranty'' on the laptop if you are located in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
Check the warranty statement that came with the laptop to verify what it is for your location.
