I couldn’t find the manual for your model but here’s the [https://tim.id.au/laptops/packardbell/easynote%20dt85.pdf|service manual] for a EasyNoteDT85 which may help to gain access to the ram if it is similar.

According to this ram [https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/packard-bell/easynote-tj65|supplier] (who has no compatible ram for your model anyway) it supports a max of 4GB of ram i.e. 2 x 2GB. This is the same as the DT85 model I posted.

Maybe check what is written on the existing ram in your laptop and get 2 x 2GB of that. The DT85 uses 200 pin SODIMM PC3-8500 (see p.8 of the manual for the specs).

Hopefully this is of some help.
