Go to ''Device Manager - Keyboards - click on the ***>*** symbol to the left of the category name to expand the list - right click on the keyboard device entry - Properties - Power Management - checkbox marked “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”''
To get to Device Manager press the ''Win key'' and the ''x key'' (both together) and click on the Device Manager link
