I don't know where the capacitors are literally located but looking at the wiring diagram they are both associated with the compressor.

There is no capacitor associated with the fan

Here's an image from the diagram where I've marked them both.

If you trace the wire colours as shown on the diagram from the compressor start relay and also the compressor it self you should be able to find them.
