There are two options that you can use to reset the BIOS back to factory default settings.
a) Use the JBAT1 Clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard - see p.36 of the [https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/E7B86v4.0.pdf|user manual]
b) Disconnect the power to the PC and then remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard, press and hold the PC power on button for a ''full 30 seconds'' and then release it, reinsert the coin cell battery, reconnect the power to the PC and turn on the PC.
