I don t have display on my monitor

Hello i don t have display on my monitor and i tried to change RAM and it's not working. I tried whit HDMI and VGA it's still not working.I tried RAM and video card on another pc and RAM worked and video card didn't, after I got another older video card and I tried and I still have no image.
