Is the horn relay operating when you press the horn button?

Is the horn relay operating when you press the horn button i.e. can you hear it click - you may need two people to do this?
Remove the horn fuse and then remove the horn relay and short out pins 2 & 3 in the horn relay socket. Replace the fuse and check if the horns work. You don't have to press the horn button as they should work once the fuse is reinstalled
''If they work OK'' that proves the wiring from the relay to the horns is OK.
''If they don't work'' there's a wiring problem between the relay socket and the horns. Check that the wires are connected securely on both of the horns.
You will need a test lamp or a voltmeter to prove that the horn switch and the combination spiral switch (in the steering wheel) wiring circuit to the relay is OK.
