I have an htc desire hd phone with broken screen but the phone works smoothly and finely.
Should i have to replace the whole lcd screen or just the screen digitizer.
And if i have to replace only the screen digitizer , is it normal to replace the screen digitizer ande is it easy???

Amit Pathak , yes it is possible, but it is anything but easy. Check this video and this one for more information. Some more instructions on here as well. You will need a heat source to remove the digitizer from the screen. Check on this question as well. Hope this helps, good luck.
