상점 둘러보기Hi,
when the iPod says www.apple.com/support/ipod it most likely means that you have an hardware issue.
Connect the iPod to a PC and tell us what happens. If the iPod is unrecognized by the explorer and iTunes, it most likely means that the hard drive or the hard drive cable is damaged/broken. If the iPod is recognized by the explorer and not by iTunes try to restore the iPod via iTunes.

Easier said than done if iTunes doesn't recognise the iPod

Forgot to say that the iPod should be set to "Disk Mode" previous connecting.

Im having this same problem. The ipod is recognized by itunes, but when after the ipod is "prepared for recovery", I just get that same error message again :S. Does this mean it's the hard drive cable?
