I droped my phone a couple of hours ago in the toilet. I took it out Immediately, dryed it off and let it dry out after I took it apart. I put it back together and it turned on but the touc screen wouldn't work so I took it apart and let it dry a little longer. I put if back together a hour or so later and it turns on but the screen goes black and I can still here the sounds of incoming text messages. How can I fix this??????

Kalie, treat it just like any other device with water damage. The very first thing you want to do, is to no longer charge your phone, or to try and turn it on. This may lead to further damage. Remove the battery and disassemble your phone. Clean every part, including the connectors on the board as well as on the cabled with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Be diligent about it and clean it well. This does not mean to scrub hard, just rinse in alcohol often. Check for any burned looking or missing components.After that reassemble it and re-evaluate.

You still want to clean it :-) could be just a shortened digitizer or a shortened touchscreen IC.
