I replaced the cracked LCD screen and digitizer on my X10 which fixed the problem of nothing showing up before replacement. All the buttons work but the touchscreen/digitizer doesn't. I've checked all the connections - nothing's damaged. How do I get it to work?

1. It is possible you damaged the ribbon cables during the installation. They are very thin and damage is not always visible.
2. It is possible the replacement is bad.
3. Circuit board could have been damaged.
It is hard to diagnose the problem without having it front of us to inspect.
