How to fix or replace headphone Jack?

I own a Skullcandy Skullcrushers head phone that has recently had problems with the jack of the unit.

The issue is where only the left ear speaker functions properly at all times while the right is silent unless the wire on the jack is moved to a "Sweet Spot" where functionality returns until the wire is moved from the new position.

My question is weather or not it is possible to fix or if not, replace the jack all together. What would be required to replace the jack and what wire placements are for the left and right ear respectively.
