Battery with red x through it?
i would like to know how i get rid of the red x going over a battery symbol and it doesnt turn on it just comes up with a red x going through a battery symbol i need help with this

Phillip BARTLETT , first you can try to leave your device off (Push and hold red button for power off) , and plug it in to the wall charger. Let it charge for 30 minutes. Unplug and turn on. Let it boot up and check the icon. If that does not work, start by replacing your battery.

it means that is not its battery type. its bst if u get urslf a new battery.
I agree with francis, it means it's the wrong battery model that you've inserted
