2 Why are the buttons not functioning?
When I try to use the keyboard to make a call or text I can't use the # key and the number 9. They feel stuck and are a little sunken in.

If the buttons on your phone feel stuck or hard to press, try cleaning the button pad with a lint- free microfiber cloth or cleaning them with rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol wipes.
