How can I manually open dvd tray
dvd try wont open makes rattling sound.
need to tear down so i can see whats the problem.

Try this per your manual
- Turn off the device.
- Disconnect the Acoustimass module power cord from the electrical source. Wait 60 seconds. Plug the cord back into to its power supply.
- Hold down the "Eject" button.
the only other way is to disassemble your Bose to get to the DVD drive. There is no manual opening option.
