My is it not charging
every time i try to charg my tablet the port makes an poping sound and it wont charge unless i push it to an certant place and hold it in place plz help

how do i fix the charger port on this tablet? do i need a heat gun? is there a place I could just send it in ? I love this tablet and mine has a faulty charger port. It will only charge with bending the charger a certain way. ugh help me
