Why does my computer keep going blank
When I turn my computer on it will power on and the icon page comes up but goes off and then come on and off over and over

Shannon Musick, connect an external monitor and see if it does the same. If it does you are having issues with the GPU if it does not you are most likely having backlight circuitry issues.
