Why Is My Battery Not Charging?
My battery doesn't seem to be able to charge, or hold a charge. What can I do to fix this?

my family received 4 of these for Christmas 2014 and this had been a problem for all of them for a few months - could all of their batteries really need replacing or is there another issue that it could be?
Id say you have the same issue. Maybe you can claim warranty on them
Mine turned on for 3 weeks and nada no charge. .. Anyone else have the warranty contact information?? It'd. Be greatly appreciated

It is not the Battery. The USB charging port is cheaply made. Either you need to get a better tablet, or you can replace the port. Remove the back, pull off the black fabric tape and unscrew the screws. Lift up the tech board and you will see that the port isn't even connected, so it will be very easy to replace. All you need to do is buy a new port and replace it.
