Why won't my mouse/ keyboard connect?
I move my mouse/ type on my keyboard but nothing happens.

The first thing you should do is make sure the provided USB wireless receiver is plugged into an empty USB drive. If there is no receiver, the computer cannot detect the Bluetooth signatures from either the mouse or keyboard. If it still doesn't work, try replacing the batteries.
