My device will not turn on
I tried to turn on my device this morning and it did not turn on. I pressed the power button multiple times and it didn't not work. Please help.

First make sure that your battery is charged. If it is not, connect your device to its charger and a working power source. If the charging light on the front of the computer does not come on you could have a problem with your charging cord or battery.
