dual sim mode on
The two sims are not working simultaneously. When one sim is on the other sim displays no service.

Hi,
Have you proved that both SIM cards work and also that both SIM card slots work?
Here is a link which shows how it to set up various options for dual SIM operation. Hopefully this is of some help.

No, this video doesn’t help because, I tried that many times but I cannot use both of my sim card in a dual sim phone.
