Sound not comes out

I cant charge nd red light turn on only when its plugged in with usb as soon as I remove it red light goes off bluetooth is not working and cant get output sound . Its totally dead i think , is it ? There is way to make as before when I bought it ? Bcz i dont wann throw it in dustbin bcz i love Jam. Please solve it
