Handle release pedal not working

Hi,

Here are some pictures taken from the video link below which show the connection points for the pedal spring.

The first, shown at 2:53 minutes into the video shows the spring latched to the frame on the underside

The second, shown at 7:16 minutes into the video shows the spring latched over the pedal lever It can be seen just above the round screw standoff hole. Sorry it's a bit blurry
