How do I fix a paper jam?
My Amazonbasics paper shredder got jammed and no matter what I try, I can't seem to fix it.

Caution: Please do not place your fingers into the shredder in an attempt to fix the jam.
You can switch to "Reverse" mode on the shredder. This will back up the paper and loosen the jam. You may have to pull some papers out of the shredder in order to clear the blades. After the jam is cleared, you can return back to "Auto/On" mode and resume shredding.

schredder is jammed tried reverse does not work. Red light on for overloaded. Thus unable to go forward or reverse.
