2 How do I get my screen to work?
I cannot get my screen to turn on while the camera is turned on. Do I need to replace the screen or can it be fixed another way?

The first thing you should do is see if there is physical damage to the camera. If there is not ensure the batteries are correctly seated in the camera and are not dead. If there is physical damage or the camera screen will still not turn on you will want to refer to Troubleshooting Page and then if necessary the Screen Replacement Guide.
