Everything else works on my tablet pc but yet the touch screen does not this is a brand new just out b of the box yesterday have yet to use it bc the touch screen isn't working.. please help how do I get it to work??

touch screen not working problem fix
1. restart your android device
2.eject memory card and sim
3.remove any cases
4. hard reset your mobile
5.knocking the touchscreen

Send the unit back as a defective unit. If it's brand new, you shouldn't be having to fix it.
