Continuous fan run in my dell xps m1210
how can i stop my laptop fan running continuously?

Most of the time this is a sign your laptop is to hot inside.
open the laptop, remove all the dust, clean the fan.
also clean the pads of the cooling unit , remove the thermal paste and put new on the pads.
There are several guides to do this.

Thanks kevin, however I want to mention that I gave my laptop to the services company and they did this too, I mean they made my laptop fan to run continuously, so I want to know how can I reverse it?
Did you check the bios settings?
