When I am using the Internet, my laptop freezes on one page. I am unable to move my mouse, forcing me to restart my laptop. When I restart my computer and try to reload the Internet, my screen freezes again.

If your device is freezing on one page your video driver may be outdated. Locate your video driver online and click on the option to update to the latest version. If this continues happening it may be due to your hardware in your computer not being powerful enough to run the applications that you may be attempting to run.
