Adroid phone factory reset
I had to do a factory reset and it's asking for a code I never recieved

Hi @lostit2 ,
If you had a Google account unless you can remember the account details you'll be locked out of your phone for 72 hours (apparently now it is 24 hours) from the time that you reset it.
This is part of Google's recovery protection system.
Here is a link that explains it better than I can.

i have an alcater phone. i do not have a carrier yet. ive been using this in wifi only. now its not working at all. i really need help.
