The Dodge Dakota (called the Ram Dakota for its final two years of production) is a mid-size pickup truck from Chrysler’s Ram division (formerly called the Dodge Truck division). Thank you oldturkey03. I recently wrecked my Dakota and all auto parts stores keep telling me I need to have it($200 more) and was just wanting to know if I have to have it. I figured I didn't really have to have it bc it's full of fluid on its own.

Shaun, Is it possible it is an engine cooler and not a tranny cooler?
