Touchscreen keypad wont show to put in password

Hi,

I switched on my Fujitso laptop and when I try to put in the password, the touchscreen keypad wont show on the screen to enter the password. The normal keypad wont respond. help please!

Have you tried to connect with a USB external keyboard? Does the mouse/trackpad work?
