3 days ago, my phone was washed for about an hour. My phone will not turn on, but the charging light keeps blinking on and off when I plug it into my computer. I do not know if my battery is dead or the actaully phone broke.
How do I get my apps and pictures from the phone?

jacob de la rosa , Remove memory card if there is one. Quit charging/powering on device until you have treated for liquid damage as instructed in the guide below(1st link) Techniques for generalized water damage troubleshooting and recovery and 2nd link for dismantling your device to clean of liquid damage/corrosion. This may even get your phone up and running. You may have to consult a data recovery service. Good luck.

If you do manage to get the phone running the first thing you should do is remove you data . The Phone likely wont run long

@lpfaff1 Has told you how to restore your phone which is what you need to do to recover your data and apps. There is no other way to recover the info than to repair the phone . Follow L Pfaff s instructions and hope for the best . One last thing , dont put it in rice , this will not help.

Well if you pull the logic board and put it on a new phone it will work but clean the board first and all contacts or take the storage drive off of the board.
