Both the speakers are not working and I have checked the whole wire and it is working for another speaker and I have connected the speakers with another wire it not working...hence the problem is with my speakers. Please help

nitheesh k unlikely that both speakers have failed. Check the 3.5mm plug. Check it and replace it as necessary, follow this guide Skullcandy SCS-SCBP SKULLCRUSHERS 3.5mm 플러그 수리 to do so. Different model headphone but identical procedure. you can also check the wiring to the drivers (speakers) by using this guide Sony MDR-ZX100 수리 방법 and measure continuity with a multimeter from the connector to the drivers.

The problem is most likely with your speakers, but it is unusual that both speakers fail together. Are these speakers connected to a computer? Such have a power supply inside one of them and if that fails the speakers do not work. As most of these have an external wall-plug supply, check this (measure voltage at the output plug). If there is no voltage just replace the "wall-plug" supply with one of the same voltage and Ampere rating.
If your problem is with regular speakers that you connect to am amplifier I have no idea what may be wrong with both of them.
