أبو فارس any issues that make it hard to touch on a specific region of the digitizer points toward a failed touch screen. You can try a hard reset (safe your personal files like music, pictures, etc since they will get erased. Check on here for the instructions of a reset.
If that does not work, you most likely will have to replace the display assembly. This video will help you with that.

أبو فارس something seems to get lost in translation. Are you saying to is is hard to use your touch screen on the left side? Does it work on the left side? Does it respond? this could be a bad touchscreen.
