Here is a link to the service manual for your laptop.
Scroll to p.63 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the touchscreen display so that the hinge brackets can be accessed.
Scroll to p.21 Item #3 to view the part number for the hinge bracket for a touchscreen model laptop (725449-001).
If you search online using the part number only in the search box, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
