Hi,
Start the phone in safe mode and check if the camera works OK.
If it does then a downloaded app may be the cause of it not working in normal mode. The trick is to find out which one.
If it still doesn't work OK in safe mode, perform a factory restore using the phone's factory restore feature.
Backup the phone first before doing this as a factory restore will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the phone to its' factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it..
Once the factory restore has been completed, check the camera operation.
If it is still faulty then the camera needs to be replaced.
If it now works OK, restore the phone from the backup made earlier, using the phone's restore feature.
Once the restore has been completed, check the camera operation.
If it still works OK then the factory restore (or hard reset) has resolved the problem

Hi @Fridah,
Not sure with your phone but open the 'Settings' app and find Applications (Apps) or Applications Management in the list of settings.
Tap on it and then swipe the screen to the left to find section called "Downloaded".
In there is a list of all your downloaded apps. Tap to enter.
