Download, install and run an Anti Virus app on your phone
Also download, install and run an anti Malware app on your phone as well, just to cover all bases.
Both the above apps are free.
There are other similar apps available. Just search for Anti Virus apps for Android and Anti Malware apps for Android and select the ones that you prefer.

I need too protect my phone
Hi @ maximorin420,
There is no single thing that you can do that will totally protect your phone.
Just ensure that your data is always backed up regularly and that you have google 2 stage protection (if you have an Android phone), so that if the phone is stolen or lost you have your data and also prevent others from accessing it.
That you have an Anti Virus app installed
That you use strong security for accessing the phone, pin number pattern lock, thumbprint etc and that you change it regularly.
That you view the permissions you allow when installing new apps and also review the permissions on apps already existing on your phone so that you are aware of what they can access if you use them.
These are just a few of the things that you can do to increase the security of the contents of your phone.
For mechanical (or physical safety) use a protective case and never use the phone near or in water (shower, pool etc) regardless of its' claims of water resistance. If you do make sure that you done the other things above first
